Return Policy

Customers may return most physical products purchased from the Gateway LLC website within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Some items, such as custom-made or final sale products, may be ineligible for return. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page or during the ordering process.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included.

To initiate a return, customers should contact the Gateway LLC customer service team by phone, email, or through the website's contact form.
A Gateway LLC representative will provide the customer with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to Gateway LLC's error or a defective product.
Items must be shipped back to Gateway LLC within 14 days of receiving the RMA number.

Once the returned item is received and inspected by Gateway LLC, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original form of payment.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of Gateway LLC receiving the returned item.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Gateway LLC is responsible for the return

If an item is received damaged or with missing components, customers should contact Gateway LLC customer service immediately.
Gateway LLC will work with the customer to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Certain products, such as custom-made or personalized items, may not be eligible for return. Any exceptions will be clearly communicated on the product page.
Gateway LLC reserves the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if the returned item is not in its original, unused condition.
Gateway LLC is not responsible for the return shipping costs of items that do not qualify for a refund.

This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the United States.
