Refund and Dispute Policy

  • Refund Eligibility

  • Customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund on their Gateway LLC purchase under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is significantly different from the description on the website

  • The item is defective or does not function as advertised

  • The item was shipped in error or damaged during shipping

  • Refund Process

  • To request a refund, customers should contact the Gateway LLC customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • Customers will be required to provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation.

  • Gateway LLC will review the refund request and issue a decision within 5-7 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds

  • In some cases, Gateway LLC may offer a partial refund if the customer chooses to keep a defective or incorrect item.

  • The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the nature of the issue and the item's condition.

  • Dispute Resolution

  •  If a customer is unsatisfied with Gateway LLC's refund decision, they may file a formal dispute.

  • Disputes should be submitted in writing to the Gateway LLC customer service team, including any supporting evidence.

  • Gateway LLC will investigate the dispute and provide a final decision within 15 business days.

  • If the dispute cannot be resolved to the customer's satisfaction, they may be able to escalate the issue to a third-party mediation or arbitration service.

  • Exclusions

  • Gateway LLC reserves the right to deny refunds or disputes in the following cases:

  • The item was damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

  • The item was purchased more than 30 days ago

  • The item was a final sale, custom order, or otherwise ineligible for return

  • The customer has an established history of abusive or fraudulent refund requests

  • Governing Law

  • This Refund and Dispute Policy is governed by the laws of the United States.

  • Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the Governing Law and Jurisdiction provisions outlined in Gateway LLC's Terms of Use.
